I am not understund

In W2k8 in Firefox I had to do the following to see Create or Extend Web Application link: 1. Use Firefox about:config - put my site into network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris This lets Central Admin use integrated authentication. 2. Start Firefox with Run as Administrator. 3. Open the Central Admin page. Thanks for pointing the way.

You can try logging in Server using Administrator's account if everything else fails. That helped me to get "Create Web Application" link.
